Terms and Conditions


By requesting or accepting any bonuses you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Bonuses (the “bonus”) must be played through 30 times (30x) before they can be transferred from the Player’s bonus balance to cash balance (“wagering requirement”).


2. Any withdrawal requests made before the wagering requirements have been fulfilled will be rejected until they have been met.


3. Please note that bets on some games will not count towards the wagering requirement; the percentage of the bonus which may be wagered on certain games will vary as follows:

• - 100% of the bonus may be wagered on all Slots, Keno and Scratch Card games
• - 10% of the bonus may be wagered on any Roulette, any Video Poker except All Aces Video Poker, or any Blackjack except Classic Blackjack
• - 2% of the bonus may be wagered on Classic Blackjack and All Aces Video Pokers
• - 0% of the bonus may be wagered on Sic Bo, Craps, Baccarat, Table Poker, Casino War or Red Dog

4. Players will only be able to make a one-time withdrawal for a minimum amount of €/$/C$/£100 and a maximum of €/$/C$/£300 when the winnings result from playing a free cash bonus where no deposits were made prior to or after playing the bonus. Surplus winning credits will then be forfeited.

5. Bonuses will be paid into the player’s bonus balance within 24 hours of being claimed and will then be available for use as casino credits.

6. The bonus is only available once per player and/or per environment where computers are shared and/or per e-mail or IP address. Players that open multiple accounts will only be eligible for the bonus once.

7. Grand Hotel Casino reserves the right to refuse a promotional bonus for any reason including but not restricted to, player abuse of bonuses.

8. Action will be taken against serial promotion abusers.

9. If the bonus remains unused in a player's account for more than two (2) months from the date the claim was made, the bonus will be forfeited to the casino.
