This promotion ("promotion") is brought to you by Grand Hotel Casino (the "casino") and is open to first time players (“player/s”) at the casino who open their first Real Money Account in association with the promotion.

Terms and Conditions

• > Players can now deposit and withdraw funds in Euro, GB Pound Sterling or US/Canadian Dollars. Promotional bonuses will be credited in the player’s own currency.
• > Only one Real Money account is permitted per household. If further accounts are opened, special promotions will not apply.
• > Accounts opened by the casino do not receive the bonus.
• > To receive your Welcome Bonus, simply deposit £/$/€100 and we will credit your account with £/$/€30.
• > Bonuses must be played through 30 times (30x) by the player before the amount can be transferred from bonus balance to cash balance. This is referred to as the “wagering requirement.”
• > Bets on all games will count towards the wagering requirement. However, the percentage of the $30 Bonus which may be wagered on certain games will vary as follows*:

• - 100% of the Match Bonus may be wagered on Slots and Parlour Games;
• - 50% of the Match Bonus may be wagered on Table Poker, casino War and Sic Bo;
• - 10% of the Match Bonus may be wagered on Video Poker, all Roulettes, all Blackjacks except Classic Blackjack, Craps and Baccarat;
• - 2% of the Match Bonus may be wagered on Classic Blackjack.

• > Any withdrawal requests made before the wagering requirements have been fulfilled will be rejected until the mandatory amount has been met.
• > All withdrawals will be subject to audit before being processed. The Grand Hotel Casino reserves all rights to reclaim bonuses or any winnings as a result of failed audits.
• > If a withdrawal is requested for less than the initial deposit plus double the bonus, the full amount will be held in your casino account. We apologise for any inconvenience but we are required to take these steps due to abuse in the past. Please be aware that all suspicious withdrawals will be audited before being processed.
• > The $30 Bonus must be claimed within 72 hours of opening a Real Account.
• > If players open multiple accounts they will not be eligible for the $30 Bonus on each account. The $30 Bonus is only available once per player and/or per environment where computers or IP addresses are shared and/or per e-mail address.
• > If the $30 Bonus remains unused in a player's casino account for two (2) months or longer from the date the claim was made, the $30 Bonus will be surrendered to the casino.
• > The casino terms and conditions apply to this promotion. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific and generic casino terms and conditions, the promotion-specific terms and conditions shall prevail, but only to the extent where the terms and conditions conflict with one another.
• > In the event of any dispute, the decision of the casino management will be considered full and final. No correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
• > The casino management reserves the right to end or amend this promotion at any time.
• > The casino reserves the right to discontinue or cancel any promotion at any time without obligation or prior notice.
• > The casino reserves the right to refuse a promotional bonus for any reason, including, but not restricted to, player abuse.
• > The casino reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time without obligation or prior notice.
• > The casino may close accounts at any time, especially when registration information is discovered to be incorrect or misleading or when there has been a history of chargebacks on deposits made.
