FAQ - Registration
1. Do I have to register to play at Grand Hotel?
Yes, all players need to register as this provides the authorisation required to install our casino software. You will need to register as either a Real Money Player or a Guest Player.
As a Guest Player you can still play a huge range of casino games without purchasing credits.
However, registering for a Real Money account gives you the added freedom to deposit funds, claim bonuses, play hundreds of exciting online games and withdraw your winnings in real time.
2. How do I register?
Both Guest Player and Real Money accounts require you to enter your name, e-mail address and optional phone contact details (we will need phone numbers if you opt for the live chat support).
This information is mandatory for Real Money accounts and is required to ensure there is clear communication between you, the casino and the e-cash company regarding deposits, withdrawals and identification details for credit cards.
If you are a Guest Player you can opt to receive our topical e-newsletters containing information updates on current promotions, game additions and news.
For your own online security, we will ask you to enter a password of your choice, which you will then use to access the casino software each time you wish to play. Once registration is complete, you will be given an account number. Please keep this and your password in a safe place, as they will be required each time you play.
Although the software can automatically remember your login and password details, for your security we do not recommend you chose this option, especially if using a shared computer.
Please note: Login details are case sensitive, so please check caps lock is not selected when logging on to play.
3. Do I have to pay to play as a Guest?
No. Signing up as a Guest Player is completely free.
4. I have a Guest account, can I play for Real Money?
Each time you login, you are given the opportunity to upgrade your account to Real Money. Simply follow the on-screen instructions to register as a Real Player and you will be given new details for future logins.
5. I have a Real Money account, can I play as a Guest?
Each time you login, you have the option to play for fun, if for any reason, you don't wish to use your Real Money account.
If you would like to make use of this option AND FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE
UNABLE TO DO SO please contact a member of the Support team who will open a guest account for you.
6. Can I have both a Guest Player account and a Real Money account?
Yes. You can enjoy both a Real Money and a Guest account simultaneously; however, each account will require a separate account number.
