1. Why am I not receiving the promotional bonuses by email?
Sometimes emails from the casino can get caught in junk mail filters. Check below for a quick guide to correcting potential problems that you might be encounter while using the most popular email providers.

If you do not receive a confirmation email from Grand Hotel within a few minutes of signing up, please check your spam folder. If you find the welcome email has been delivered here, select it and click ‘This is Not Spam.’
This will ensure all future messages are delivered into your inbox.
We strongly recommend that you also do the following to avoid accidentally filtering our future messages:

1. Connect to your AOL email account

2. Click on ‘Settings’

3. Click on ‘Spam Controls’ (left menu)

4. Under ‘Spam Filters by Address’ select Custom

5. Tick ‘Allow Emails from’

6. Enter email@hos.cccampaigns.net

7. Don't forget to save!


Hotmail
If you do not receive a confirmation email from Grand Hotel within a few minutes of signing up, please check your Junk Email folder. If you find the welcome email has been delivered here, select it and click ‘Not Junk.’

1. Select ‘Actions’ from the top menu bar, then select ‘Junk E-mail’ followed by ‘Junk E-mail Options.’

2. Select ‘Safe Senders’, then click ‘Add.’

3. Type email@hos.cccampaigns.net and click OK.

4. Click OK.


Outlook 2007
1. Select ‘Actions’ from the top menu bar, then select ‘Junk E-mail’ followed by ‘Junk E-mail Options.’

2. Select ‘Safe Senders’, then click ‘Add.’

4. Click OK.


Other Providers
As with the above providers, if the confirmation email does not deliver within a few minutes of completing your registration at Grand Hotel, please check in the relevant Spam, Junk or Bulk Email folder.
From here you will be able to identify the email as ‘Not Spam/Junk’ or mark it as safe. This should ensure future emails arrive without a problem.
