FAQ - Downloading Games


1. Why do I need to download more games?

Your initial download includes just five out of the hundreds of online casino games available at Grand Hotel Casino. We limit the initial download in order to get you up and playing as quickly as possible and to avoid potential problems with your computer’s capacity.

Games that are available to play appear in colour, while games that need to be downloaded before they can be played appear greyed out.

Please note: Additional games will continue to download in the background while you play previously-installed games.


2. How do I download more games?

The casino software will automatically download any remaining games as you play.
However, if you wish to download a specific game immediately, you can click on the title from the lobby to prioritize it.
