To smooth your introduction to GRAND HOTEL CASINO and make your experience even more enjoyable, we have provided this step-by-step guide to the download and installation of our free casino software.

Downloading

1. To start the process go to the Download Page (you can access this from the Home Page and on every page throughout the site) and click on one of the Download Buttons.

2. At the prompt, choose the option "Save this program to disk" and click on "OK". The system will ask you where to save the GrandHotel.exe file

3. The default location is usually the Desktop. We suggest that you save the file there, so that you can then start the installation simply by clicking on the icon on your desktop. Once you have chosen your favoured location click "Save".

4. The file will start downloading to your computer, and you will see a status bar indicating its progress:

5.Once the download is completed, the following message will appear on your screen. Click on "Close". You are now ready to install the software to your computer.

Installation

1. To start the installation you must open the folder that you have saved GRAND HOTEL CASINO in. Once open, click on the GrandHotel.exe icon. If you saved it to your desktop just click on the GrandHotel.exe icon. This will launch the installation wizard that will guide you through the installation process.

2. During the installation you will be prompted to save the Casino Software into a folder. Choose either the existing folder that you chose to save the GrandHotel.exe in or specify a new folder called GRAND HOTEL CASINO. The process will take only few minutes

Start Playing

Once you have installed the software you are ready to play. Just go to the folder you have saved the casino software in and start the software (or go to the desktop and double click on the GRAND HOTEL CASINO icon). You can choose whether to play as a Guest (without purchasing E-cash) or as Real Player (with real money).

Playing as a Guest Player

1. If you want to play as a Guest, click on the Guest Player button on your screen. You will see the Guest Player Registration screen.

2. You must choose a password and enter your contact and address details when prompted by the registration wizard. These details will only be used to inform you about our current promotions, upgrades and news and WILL NOT be sold or otherwise divulged to a third party.

3. When the registration is complete you will be given a Player Account number. The Number and the password you chose will be used to access the Casino each time you wish to play.

4. Once you have accessed the software and registered, you can try all our games.

Playing as a Real Player

1. If you want to play as a Real Player, click on the Real Player button on your screen. You will see the Real Player Registration screen.

2. You must choose a password and enter your contact and address details when prompted by the registration wizard. This is to ensure that as a Real Player there is clear communication between you and the E-Cash Company regarding payouts and identification details for Credit Cards. These details WILL NOT be sold or divulged to a third party.

3. Once you have completed the registration you will be given a Player Account number. Please keep your Account number and your password in a safe place for they will be used to access the Casino each time you wish to play. The program will ask you if you want it to remember account number and password. We recommend that you do not choose this option unless you are the only person accessing your desktop.

4. If you want to play with real money you must now buy credits. In order to purchase E-cash, you must register your credit card. Your credit card details are protected with a State of the Art Secure connection using 128-bit encryption.

5. Once you have chosen the preferred payment method (see details and promotions) you can start playing…..and winning at GRAND HOTEL CASINO!!!

Downloading further games

After the initial download, installation and registration (in both modes, as a Real or Guest Player) you will only be able to play 5 of the games. We have chosen to provide a basic version of the software because the download of the full version could be too heavy for your computer. All the other games however can be downloaded at your convenience while playing (the download of the additional games will happen in the background, without affecting your play, and will take only few seconds).
Just choose the games you wish to play and click on the "download now" button that you can find underneath every game.

The next time you want to play.

You can come back to our casino and play anytime you wish. Just go to the folder you have saved the casino software in and start the software (or go to the desktop and double click on the GRAND HOTEL CASINO icon). The casino software will start and you will see the screen where you will be asked in which mode you want to play.

Choose whether you want to play as a Guest or as a Real player and enter your Account Number and Password

NOTE: If you registered as a Guest Player and you want now to play for real money, you have to register as a Real Player and get a different Account Number and Password.
